I Khanal Kalily

I did wanted to do something native so my friends Mourice Medhat took me to the khanal kaliliy where there is an ancient building that dates back to 1400AD .

I tried smoking some pot called SCHISHA"...

Was very interesting how the drags pulls off ur nostrils at same time.

I also took frsh gauva juice and very Sweet meal...My gawd These egyptians eat very heavy men!!!

Take a look and u will see I was filled....My south african friend also had a good meal I think...His name is Christopher Georgiou...

Marriot Hotel in Cairo

Have been staying in the Cairo marriot for 5 days and always had a very fantastic view of the city and the nile around it.

Had very nice cocktail with the GM Mr Uli Huth as I was invited to represent Nigeria as I was the only nigerian in the hotel.

I know I will be preparing to leave egypt anytime from now but I ask my self "what is there in this life and why people struggle to make ends meet"

As I see the stream of heads strolling forth and back around the city from my ROOM 2053 in the Zamalek tower of the hotel... I mutter very quitely to myself...

The world is a market place...We have only come but must surely leave someday!!!!

In Egypt

I arrived egypt by 3.45pm on friday 12/12/08.

Met with a travel agent purier in the airport. The young man approached me like a police man and requested for my passport. I gave him and he directed me to follow him....Boiy...was I afraid?

We went only for him to start telling me how he can help me see the pyramids and the nile river.

Alas we negotiated and agreed. Never agree to the first quotation or price estimate of an egyptian...It is always one tenth of the actual cost beleive me!!!
